How to quickly shift from anxiety to calm?

Use This Simple Technique

Use this simple yet powerful technique to gain rapid relief from anxiety and stress whenever you need it, and shift into a state of calm.

You can use this technique anywhere and at anytime, even when in the car, you’re stuck in traffic, and the kids are getting adjitated because traffic is at a complete standstill.

This technique is taken from my redefine what’s possible toolkit, and uses one of the Havening Techniques™ that I am trained in.

Simply cross your arms like you are giving yourself a hug, place your hands on the tops of your shoulders, and stroke downwards gently to your elbows, lift your hand off, go back to the top of your shoulders, and repeat. Whilst you are moving your arms in this way, you can say in your mind or repeat out loud, “Calm, Calm, Calm”. Do this for a few minutes, and you will benefit from rapid relief and a newfound sense of calm whenever you need it.

It really is as simple as that!
