She is the founder of the renewed mind method™ and revolutionary empowerment and leadership program, Unleash The Empowered Woman Within™ that has changed the trajectory and advancement of women within the workplace with partner organisations such as London, Paris and Milan Fashion Week, Teenage Cancer Trust, Transport for London, British Transport Police, The Foreign Office, UK Immigration Service, The Home Office, Morgan Stanley and many more.

She has helped change the lives and businesses of more than 29,580 people worldwide, and counting, through her transformative 1:1 coaching, 1:1 therapy, programs, live events, retreats and social platforms. Her clients rave about the powerful life changing experiences they journey through when working with her.

She resides in London and splits her time between the UK and the USA.

Through her partnership with 13 Rythms, Cancer UK, UN Women, A21, and Compassion International she has raised funds, provided thousands of meals, resources and personal development programmes changing communities for the better.

As part of her philanthropic goals, a percentage of revenue from all sales goes towards these organisations.

Philippa is also a proud woman of faith, and the International Leader for Pastoral Care and Circle Groups for her non-denominational church, Relentless Church in South Carolina and John Gray Ministries, with a reach of more than a half a million attendees in person and online combined per week.

Philippa, is also a motivational speaker and UK delegate to the United Nations Women, community and corporate events, and a dedicated advocate for gender equality, the empowerment of women and girls, and HeForShe. So much of her life she played small, withheld her voice, and did what was necessary to please others. Today her message is to shatter the glass ceiling in your mind, own your voice and redefine what’s possible. Through her youtube channel and podcast she stewards the platform with others who have also triumphed over adversity, is holding the ladder down with the door open, and champions change.

Philippa’s purpose in life is to be an example of what is possible in business and life for women worldwide.
